A week of custom-curated classes, iconic instructor vibes, and throwback music love.

Remember in 1995 when your bestie would show up with a burned CD and say,

“I made this for you—it’s got all our songs on it”?

Yeah. We’re bringing that energy to the studio.

💿 Welcome to PSC Playlist Palooza

From August 11–17, we’re handing over the aux and turning every class into a full-blown themed musical experience. Each instructor has hand-picked their own vibe—think of it as a sonic love letter, a burned CD, a mood board with beats.

Expect the unexpected. Expect bangers. Expect goosebumps during savasana because your teacher just dropped your song.

🎶 What to Expect:

• Each class will have a playlist theme created by your instructor (and yes, you’ll find out what it is before class 👀, go peep the schedule it’s there in the class name)

• You’ll sweat, sculpt, release, and restore to songs that were made to move you

• It’s a vibe shift from our usual class flow—a remix of the familiar, built to surprise and delight

• You might even leave class with a link to the playlist—aka, your new movement soundtrack

💡 Why We’re Doing It

Because music changes everything.

The right song hits differently at the right moment. It carries you through the last 30 seconds of a pulse. It softens your breath in a forward fold. It helps you release something you didn’t know you were holding.

PSC Playlist Palooza is about sharing that magic—from instructor to class, from bestie to bestie.

Using your PSC App to stay accountable & hit your goals

Let’s be real, bestie—we don’t always feel like showing up. Life is full, schedules are wild, and sometimes our bodies are asking for a whole nap and a snack platter instead of a 6PM class (or that extra hour of sleep for our AM crew).

But that’s where intention meets structure and that’s where PSC Goal Tracking comes in.

At PSC, we believe that movement is medicine, but it works best when it’s consistent. So if you’re ready to move with more purpose (and a little accountability boost), here’s how to use your app to set your class goals and actually stick to them.

✨ How to Set Class Goals & Stay Accountable in your PSC App

The real glow-up happens when you show up consistently and with our app, it’s easier than ever to stay on track.

💻 Step 1: Log In to Your PSC Account on your Physoulcal Fitness App

Head to the PSC app. Once you’re in, tap the icon at the bottom of your screen that looks like a Winners Cup/Trophy

🎯 Step 2: Set Your Weekly or Monthly Goal

From your gamification dashboard (the winners cup/trophy icon), click “Edit Goal.” You can choose how many classes you want to hit weekly… whatever feels right for your energy and lifestyle.

✨ Pro tip: Sync your class goal with your cycle! More sculpt in follicular, more restore in luteal. Not sure what that means? Ask us in class and we’ll help you get aligned.

📅 Step 3: Pre-Book Your Classes

Bestie, this is where the magic happens. Once you’ve set your intention, go ahead and book your next 2–4 classes in advance. Pre-booking = less decision fatigue, more flow.

✅ Step 4: Track Your Progress

Each time you attend a class, our system will automatically update your goal tracker. You’ll get that little dopamine hit when you hit your mark and don’t forget we’re always cheering for you behind the scenes (and doing little happy dances when we see you hitting your goals)
