A Note from Caitlin: The Heart Behind The Little Things Society

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how much of life happens in the in-between moments. The quiet cup of coffee before the day begins. The laugh that bubbles up in class when we all lose count. The feeling of walking out of the studio just a little lighter than when you walked in.

Somewhere along the way, I realized those are the moments that matter most. The little things that remind us we’re alive, connected, and part of something bigger than ourselves. The small moments of joy, of connections, of quiet gratitude.

That’s why I’ve decided to create The Little Things Society.
It’s a space for all of us to slow down, connect intentionally, and celebrate the art of living well. Not the overly curated kind thats solely about trends and aesthetic, the real kind. The one built on community, joyful moments, shared stories, daily rituals, intentionality, and the joy we create together when we simply show up, share, see others, and allow ourselves to be seen.

And from that intention came The Little Joys Society, our in-person gathering series inspired by connection, comfort, and storytelling. Each event has a theme, a simple ritual, and a space to share the small comforts that bring us joy. Think candlelight, cozy corners, and gifts wrapped with meaning a chance to give a little piece of what fills your cup and hear what fills someone else’s.

It’s not about a price tag or perfection. It’s about presence. About remembering that joy isn’t something we chase it’s something we create and share.

If you’ve been craving slower moments and deeper connection, this is your invitation to join us. Come as you are. Bring your little joys. And let’s build something beautiful, one small moment at a time.

All are welcome, a PSC membership is not required, it’s an invitation for anyone seeking to slow down & share joy.

With love,
Caitlin
