What to Expect in PSC Fusion?
PSC Fusion brings together strength and mat-based movement for a full-body sculpt workout.
Throughout class, you'll work on:
Strength
Use weights, resistance and bodyweight to challenge your muscles.
Muscular Endurance
Controlled repetitions and intentional sequences keep your muscles working.
Core + Stability
Build strength and control through your core while challenging stability throughout class.
Full-Body Movement
Arms. Legs. Glutes. Core. Expect all of them to get some attention.
Your instructor will guide you through class and provide options along the way so you can choose the version of each movement that works for your body.
New to Sculpt? You're in the Right Place.
You don't need to know the movements before you arrive.
You don't need to have taken Pilates, barre or another sculpt class.
And you don't need to be "in shape" first.
Your instructor will teach you the movements, help you get set up and give you options throughout class.
Some days you'll grab the heavier weights.
Some days you'll take the progression.
Some days showing up is the win.
They all count.
Is PSC Fusion Pilates?
PSC Fusion is not a traditional Pilates class.
You may find controlled, mat-based movements that feel familiar if you enjoy Pilates, barre or other sculpt-style workouts, but PSC Fusion is its own PSC Method.
It blends strength, intentional movement and mat-based work into a workout that is distinctly PSC.
If you already love Pilates or barre, there's a good chance you'll find something to love here too.
What Should I Bring to Fusion?
Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in and bring water.
All of the equipment you'll need for class is available at the studio.
Plan to arrive a few minutes early for your first visit so you can meet your instructor, get familiar with the studio and get settled before class begins.
Then grab your spot on the mat and get ready to move.
